Cancellation Policies:
For reservations booked directly from our website (www.baerhouseinn.com) there will be a $25 Cancellation Fee if canceled up to 72 hours (3 days) before arrival. If cancellation is LESS THAN 72 hours (3 days) from arrival time,a one-night rate is charged per room. Same-day cancellation or a no-show is charged the FULL amount of the ENTIRE reservation.
Reservations made from all outside booking engines are non-refundable. This includes such sites as Trip Advisor, Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels,com, etc.
General Policies:
This property does not have a front desk. Owners live on the property.
CHECK-IN IS BETWEEN 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. Any check-in outside of these hours must be previously approved by management AND An additional convenience fee of $25 may be applied.
All prices listed are for double occupancy per room ($35 addition fee for EACH additional person will be added to groups of 3 or more.)
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A 4% service charge will be added to the total bill at check-in for all credit card and ATM debit transactions.
Active duty military discount available. Must show valid military ID.

Advisements:
Every guest room is on the SECOND FLOOR and is only accessible via stairs. Guests must be able to carry their own luggage up 22 stairs to the second floor.
Only 1 vehicle per room is allowed to park in our private parking area. Please park behind the house in the private area and enter the house via the back door from the back porch.

From Westbound I-20:
Use exit 4B West Clay St./Downtown Vicksburg - Clay Street to Adams Street (2.4 miles) turn right - Adams Street to Grove Street (2 blocks) turn right - 1117 is on the left side
From Eastbound I-20:
Use exit 1C Halls Ferry Road (turn left onto Halls Ferry Road) - Halls Ferry Road turns into Cherry Street stay on Cherry Street to Grove Street (about 2 miles) - turn right onto Grove Street to 1117 on the left side (1 1/2 blocks)
